5 Day Yoga Vacation

Did you know that your body is a treasure-trove of infinite spiritual energy or vital life force? Once ignited, this mysterious power or ‘Kundalini Shakti’ generates a tremendous amount of energy – transforming humans into a state of super-human consciousness! This ancient art of transforming and expanding your consciousness is known as ‘Kundalini Yoga’. For centuries, sages and yogis have been practicing the process of Kundalini awakening to connect with the Supreme with consistent sadhana. This universal life energy empowers practitioners to perform miracles! The Kundalini Shakti is an incredibly powerful psychic energy conceptualized as a coiled-up serpent lying dormant at the base of the spine.

Your awakened Kundalini uncoils and rises through the spinal column (Sushumna), energizing your chakras and ultimately traveling to the Crown Chakra at the top of the head – enabling perfect spiritual realization. World Peace Yoga School opens the door of spiritual transformation by activation of Kundalini throughout your body in the 100-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training course. You will learn the secret of uniting your consciousness with Cosmic Consciousness regularly by performing exercises and meditations in a particular sequence.
